Steve Stone is an External Design Consultant with October Three’s Private Market (<50 Participants) Actual-Return Crediting Cash Balance Plans Division. Steve is steadfast in his mission to build mutually beneficial relationships with Financial Advisors, DC TPA’s, DCIO Partners, Recordkeeping Firm Wholesalers, and CPA firms.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, he prides himself on his ability to efficiently educate on “what” an Actual-Return Cash Balance Plan is and the powerful benefits associated with the Actual-Return Crediting design. Steves’s robust knowledge and industry experience are supported by a master’s degree in Finance. Steve has educated over 500 Financial Advisors on how to increase their AUM with Cash Balance Plans and has worked for some of the leading names in the Retirement Plan Industry, including John Hancock and J.P. Morgan. He often leads Cash Balance plan education sessions to Financial Advisor Branch Offices and CPA Firms.

Steve resides in Naperville, IL is the proud father of three children. When not working, Steve enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid college sports fan. Go Hawkeyes!!!
