Meet The Team

Tiffany Trivedi leads human resources at October Three. She joined the firm with over 20 years of expertise in HR, most notably focusing on leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, employee relations, HRIS and large-scale recruiting initiatives. She also brings diverse industry experience, most notably from CSX, Citigroup, Coach and Conduent.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has been dedicated to building partnerships with employees and leaders to help them achieve their goals and objectives. She firmly believes that an HR leader's goals should be in direct alignment with the company's, with a constant focus on enabling managers to be as effective and accountable as possible, and fostering a positive and ethical culture. Tiffany is eager to contribute to O3's mission of transforming the retirement industry.

Tiffany was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from the University of Florida. She still lives in the area with her husband and two children.
