Wayne is a member of the Defined Benefit Administration team in Jacksonville. With a background of 9 years in Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Retirement Administration and Payroll. Wayne joined O3 because of their collaborative environment, ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and participants as well as be part of an ever-evolving group of individuals. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys taking cruises, spending time with friends and family and attending local theatre events.
